Welcome to Hogwarts, school of witchcraft & wizardry! We were so very excited when Ella-Rose requested a Harry Potter celebration for her crown eighth birthday.

We’ve been celebrating Ella-Rose since her very first birthday and it brings us so much joy watching our little clients grow up.

The Cape Town weather didn’t do us any favours, but with a quick venue change to accommodate the rain, the flick of our wands, and the spell, “Reparo”, the party space was transformed into the Great Hall of Hogwarts.

Witches and wizards entered Hogwarts via Platform 9 ¾ and were gifted their very own cloak and hat on arrival before being seated and entertained with fun and messy experiments, slime, and necklace making. The room was filled with laughter and excitement as experiments erupted and bubbled away.

We were very clearly team Gryffindor, using the colour palette of maroon, black, and gold. Our very own Hermione Granger had the very best day with her friends, grabbing treats off the trolley & snacking on Harry Potter-inspired Happy Meals or Harry Meals?

What a magical day it was!
